Vibratory Sieve Shaker
Precise Sieving with Automatic Amplitude Control
The advanced Vibratory Sieve Shaker, ANALYSETTE 3 PRO offers everything you need for fast particle size distribution testing in the laboratory. Use for fast QC/QA of incoming and outgoing products, offers user-friendly operation and is low-noise, robust and long-lasting. Perfect for quantitative particle size analysis of all types of solids and suspensions. Dry or wet sieving options expand capabilities in the lab with a range of woven test sieves. Compatible with test sieves made of stainless steel according to ASTM E11 mesh and according to ISO 3310-01.
The shaking sieve base with an electromagnetic drive oscillates the sieve stack into regulated vertical oscillations. Sieve sample quantities up to 2 kg with a measurement range from 20 μm to 63 mm.
Automatic amplitude control, with programming, delivers the ability to be used as a calibratable and validatable test instrument. Test equipment monitoring according to ISO 9001 and much more.

The hardworking standard model for typical sieving tasks in the laboratory with optical adjustment of the amplitude on the running instrument. Complete with the sieve stack tensioning system EASYTWIST and the possibility of data exported to a PC for sieve analysis using the FRITSCH AUTOSIEVE software trial.
The ANALYSETTE 3 SPARTAN is suitable for quantitative particle size analysis of solids and suspensions of all kinds through dry or wet sieving with woven test sieves. Compatible with test sieves made of stainless steel according to ASTM E11 mesh and according to ISO 3310-01.
Convertible into a micro mill for fine comminution of dry laboratory samples, solids in suspension, temperature sensitive materials with LN2, and for homogenization of emulsions or pastes.

Heavy Duty Analytical Sieve Shaker
Sieving of Large Volumes
The ANALYSETTE 18, Heavy Duty Analytical floor model Sieve Shaker from FRITSCH. Effortlessly sieve up to 15 kg of material between 20 μm and 125 mm. The three-dimensional sieving motion ensures fast sieving results without manual re-sieving, with optimal reproducibility.
The ANALYSETTE 18 is used for particle size analysis and portioning of coarse-grained materials. The maximum input quantity of 15 kg of material to be sieved and the sieve stack can be used in pilot line production or for serial analysis of large quantities.
For particle size analysis and portioning of coarse-grained materials through dry sieving or wet sieving with conversion kit.
