When size reduction is right measurement delivers clarity the A22Next determines particle size by laser defraction from 0.01 to 3800 µm with the wet dispersion unit you put the sample in the water bath and start. The system disperses, measures, and delivers results quickly. 

With the dry dispersion unit a Venturi nozzle uses compressed air to disperse the sample which then passes the laser beam for measurement. 

Evaluation runs automatically and reports align with your standard operating procedures. When particle shape matters as well as size the A28 completes the picture. Tele-Centric optics capture morphology uniformly across the field of view in just a few minutes making deviations visible early, so processes can be tightened and approvals move faster.
